Kyushu University (Japan) Spring 2026 Exchange Student Program

1. Eligibility: All undergraduate and graduate students of the department.
2. Application materials:
   (1) Exchange student application form (use Kyushu University’s official form).
   (2) English enrollment certificate.
   (3) English academic transcript (must include semester GPA, class ranking information, and cumulative GPA).
   (4) English recommendation letter (must be signed and sealed by the recommender).
   (5) Copy of passport.
   (6) Any documents proving acceptance by a Kyushu University professor (required for graduate students only).
   (7) Language proficiency test score report.
   (8) Other supporting documents (optional, such as extracurricular activities or awards).
3. Application deadline: From now until October 24, 114.
