Announcement of Recommendation for Outstanding Alumni of the Department of Life Sciences

Subject: We sincerely invite nominations for the 9th (Academic Year 114) “Outstanding Alumni” of the Department of Life Sciences.

Description:

1. To recognize alumni of the Department of Life Sciences who have made significant contributions and achievements in the nation and society, this nomination process is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations for Selection of Outstanding Alumni of the Department of Life Sciences, National Cheng Kung University.”

2. Please complete the “Outstanding Alumni Joint Recommendation Form” and the “Outstanding Alumni Recommendation Form,” along with relevant supporting documents, and submit them by post or email to the responsible staff member, Ms. Hsu (z9612010@email.ncku.edu.tw) by August 29 (Friday).

3. The recommendation and endorsement forms are available at the bottom of the webpage for download and use.
