Announcement on Application for Graduate Student Scholarships and Grants for the First Semester of Academic Year 114

  1. Eligibility:

Limited to graduate students currently enrolled in this department/program (including reinstated students). 【Applicants are not eligible if they are international students, in-service students admitted through work experience, students with off-campus part-time paid employment, students with on-campus part-time paid employment, or those receiving other scholarships/subsidies whose total amount exceeds this scholarship.】

  1. Scholarship Amount:

The amount of each category of scholarship/grant may be adjusted annually based on actual conditions, with the following maximum standards:

Grant: Each unit is 6,000 NTD. Graduate students serving as course leaders will receive 1.5–2 units.

  1. Application Procedure:

(1) Please carefully read the job content requirements (114-1 Work Eligibility and Job Description Form: Attachment 2). Some courses this semester include invigilation (proctoring) hours, so please fill in your course preferences carefully.

(2) Check your registered courses for the next semester (114-1) on the university website. Do not select experimental courses that conflict with your schedule.

(3) Print the “Graduate Student Scholarship Application Form” (Form 1). After interviews with the responsible faculty member who determines the teaching assistant assignment, obtain their signature in the designated field (see Form 2). 114-1 Graduate Student Scholarship Application Form (Attachment 3).

(4) Before 12:00 noon, August 4, 114 (Monday), submit the application form and consent forms (Forms 1, 2, and 3 stapled together) to the department office (Ms. Chen). Late submissions will not be accepted.
