Announcement of Application for Early Master’s Program (Pre-Graduate Student) Department of Life Sciences, National Cheng Kung University, Academic Year 115

1. Eligibility:

Students of the Department of Life Sciences undergraduate program who have completed at least five semesters of study are eligible to apply. (Please refer to the Implementation Guidelines for the Integrated Bachelor’s–Master’s Program of the Department of Life Sciences, NCKU.)

2. Application Procedure:

Eligible applicants should submit the following documents to the department office by Friday, April 25, 2025:

1. Application form for Pre-Graduate Student (download and complete the form)

2. Official academic transcript (one copy)

3. Any additional supporting documents for review (photocopies of certificates required; optional)

3. Scholarship:

1. Pre-graduate students in this department are eligible to receive a scholarship of NT$4,000–6,000 per month during the first year of the master’s program (September to June, total of 10 months). The exact amount may be adjusted depending on the annual budget.

2. Students who rank first in each group in the master’s admission screening may receive NT$8,000 per month for one semester. After that semester, the scholarship will continue at NT$4,000–6,000 per month for another semester. The amount is subject to annual budget adjustments.
