Course Credit Waiver system opening period for this semester is as follows:

According to Article 7 of the “National Cheng Kung University Regulations for Credit Transfer and Waiver”: Applications must be completed within one week from the official start date of classes for the semester of enrollment (based on the academic calendar).

1. Credit Waiver System (Not for Department Transfer Students)

Application period: 2025-02-03 to 2025-02-21

Eligible applicants: students admitted in February 2025 (including winter transfer students, early-admission graduate students, spring semester overseas Chinese students, and international students).

After submission and approval, students may download and keep a PDF copy for their own record. No hard copy needs to be submitted to the department office.
