Graduate Student Scholarship Application Announcement for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 113
- Eligibility:
Only currently enrolled graduate students in the department (including readmitted students) are eligible to apply.
Students are NOT eligible if they are: international students, in-service students, students with external employment, students with internal paid positions, or those who already receive other scholarships or subsidies whose total amount exceeds this scholarship.
- Scholarship Amount:
The amount of each scholarship may be adjusted annually, with the following upper limits:
Assistantship: Each unit is 5,500 NTD. Graduate students serving as course group leaders will receive 1.5 to 2 units.
- Application Procedure:
(1) Please carefully review the job requirements document (Job Qualification and Duties for 113-2). Some courses include invigilation duties this semester, so please select your course preferences carefully.
(2) Check your enrolled courses for the next semester (113-2) via the university system, and ensure there are no scheduling conflicts with the laboratory course you are applying for.
(3) Print the “Graduate Student Assistantship Application Form (Form 1)”, complete an interview with the responsible faculty member assigned to the position, and obtain their signature (see Application Form 2). Graduate Student Assistantship Application 113-2 (Official Version)
(4) Submit Application Forms 1, 2, and 3 together, stapled, to Ms. Chen at the department office before 12:00 noon on January 10, 2025 (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
