Subject: Request for nomination of candidates for the 8th (Year 113) “Outstanding Alumni of the Department of Life Sciences.”

Description:

1. To recognize outstanding alumni who have made concrete contributions and achievements to the nation and society, this nomination process is conducted in accordance with the “Selection Regulations for Outstanding Alumni of the Department of Life Sciences, National Cheng Kung University.” The regulations are provided below.

2. Please complete the “Outstanding Alumni Joint Nomination Form” and the “Outstanding Alumni Recommendation Form” by Friday, October 4, and submit the printed documents together with relevant supporting materials either by mail to Ms. Hsu Yuan-Yuan, or via email (z9612010@email.ncku.edu.tw).
