Graduate Student Scholarships and Assistantships Application Notice for the 114-2 Academic Year, Second Semester

1. Eligibility:

Applicants must be enrolled graduate students of the department (including returning students). 【Students who are admitted as international students or in-service students, those who hold external part-time employment with salary, those who hold internal part-time employment or other scholarships/subsidies exceeding the total amount of this scholarship are not eligible to apply.】

2. Scholarship Amount:

The amount of each category of scholarship/assistantship may be adjusted annually. The maximum is as follows:

Assistantship: Each unit is NT$6,000. Graduate students serving as course group leaders will receive 1.5–2 units.

3. Application Procedure:

(1) Please carefully review the job requirements and duties (114-2 Job Qualifications and Work Content Requirements)-Attachment-2(Opens in a New Window). Some courses include proctoring hours, please fill in your course preferences carefully.

(2) Please check your registered courses for the next semester (114-2) on the university system, and avoid any schedule conflicts with the applied laboratory courses.

(3) Print the “Graduate Student Assistantship Application Form” (Form 1), and after interview with the responsible instructor for assistant selection, obtain required signatures (see Form 2). (4) Before 17:00 (5:00 PM), Tuesday, January 13, 2026, submit the application form and consent forms (Forms 1, 2, and 3) stapled together to Ms. Chen at the department office (late submissions will not be accepted).
