【Announcement】Course Add Procedure for the 112-2 Semester (2/19–2/23; 3/4–3/7)

1. Department Office Course Add Periods (fixed each semester):
 1) Week 1 of the semester (department office course selection period): for transfer students, students changing majors, returning students, and students extending their studies.
 2) Week 3 of the semester (special circumstances course selection; also the final stage handled by the department office): for courses canceled, instructor changes, or class schedule changes.
 *Course adds are accepted until classroom capacity is reached, but approval is not based on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Course Add Form:
 Department of Life Sciences website > Undergraduate Program > Undergraduate Forms
 (All commonly used forms for first- through fourth-year students are available here.)

3. Course Add Procedure
 (For in-person classes, only paper forms are accepted; for online classes, both paper and online submissions are accepted.)
 1) Paper submission: Obtain the paper form from the department office or print it from the website above ➔ obtain the instructor’s signature or stamp ➔ personally submit it to the department office for processing.
 2) Online submission: There are no online classes this semester; therefore, only paper submissions will be accepted.
 *Before submitting your add form to the department office, please make sure all required information has been completed.
