1. Description: The Ministry of Education encourages university students nationwide to participate in international academic and skills competitions abroad to broaden their global perspectives and enhance professional knowledge and skill development.

2. Relevant guidelines and application forms can be downloaded and used as needed.

3. Late submissions, incomplete documents, or ineligible applications will not be accepted.

4. Applicants must submit their application materials (including attachments) by November 13, 114 (Thursday) 16:30. Please send the electronic files to 11202033@gs.ncku.edu.tw. In addition, submit six hard copies of the application (with required approvals) to the General Affairs Section of the Office of Academic Affairs.
