2. Awarded students should download the receipt form from the department scholarship website, complete it, and submit it to Ms. Hsieh at the department office (#58121) before October 17, 114 (Friday).

3. Awarded students must fully attend the Department of Life Sciences Alumni Homecoming Event on November 8, 114 (Saturday) and receive the award during the ceremony. Please gather at 10:45 AM at Kuo Shih-Te Lecture Hall on the day of the event. A luncheon will be provided.
